Here's a quick overview of the Problem Screen Recorder which is a new feature in Windows 7.  Using the PSR as it is known you can record and share the actions you've taken to spawn an error message or just through a difficult section of a particular software or hardware configuration on screen.  While this is not live support, it allows you to save the files automatically to a zipped (compressed) folder which you would then pass along to your help desk of a friend.
